M. Aslan Degirmenci was born in Braunschweig, Germany in 1966. He started his education life in primary school in Gonen and secondary school in Bandirma. After graduating from Izmir Atatürk High School, he completed his higher education at the Civil Engineering Faculty of ITU.

He started his professional career as an Engineer in the leading projects of his period such as FSM Bridge Ring Roads and Edirne – Kinali Motorway constructions between 1989 and 1992.

As the first in the fuel sector, Turcas Petroleum AŞ, “Turkpetrol in New Century” project, it took part in the implementation of the new corporate identity to stations throughout Turkey. Later, he worked as the “Ambarli Regional Directorate”.

In 2000, after the privatization of Petrol Office “Silver Project” implementation of the new corporate identity of the station and the stations in Turkey he has directed projects for access to modern technical standards.

He was appointed as the second brand of Petrol Office, ERK, in 2003. The foundation of the company, he directed the structuring and creation of the brand’s dealer network throughout Turkey process.

Since 2005, he continued his career as General Manager in Altinbas Petrol (Alpet), undivided Petroleum (Moil), Kadooglu Petrolculuk (Kadoil) and Pacific Petrolculuk (Pacific) companies. Finally, he worked as General Coordinator at Pacific Holding.

In these positions he worked, he carried out marketing activities aimed at establishing a corporate structure, expanding the dealer network, and increasing brand awareness, sales and profitability.

Degirmenci is married and has two children.
